Wikileaks had as many as 3059 the United States secret documents related to Indonesia. The document is a sort of diplomatic reports sent from the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta and the U.S. consulate general in Surabaya. Wikileaks Website promised to publish the document in stages.

The document was made in the form Congressional Research Service (CSR), think tanks of the U.S. Congress.
